TRO and Telstra set out to capture Melbourne's Christmas spirit by adding fun, interactive elements to a striking set build for Telstra's window display. Customers engaged with 6 touchpoints across 3 windows to illuminate a digital fireplace, trigger snowflake animations, make a central pixel tree 'sparkle', talk to Santa and snap some digitally-augmented, sharable photos. Appealing to all ages, the window engaged more that double the previous year's audience.
